Join Our Team as an Apartment Leasing Agent! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team.
As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in helping prospective residents find their perfect home and providing exceptional customer service to our current residents.
Responsibilities: * Conduct apartment tours and leasing activities for prospective residents * Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents * Assist with lease applications and lease agreements * Maintain accurate records of leasing activities * Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with current and prospective residents * Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve leasing goals * Conduct market surveys to stay informed of competitor pricing and availability * Respond to resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred * Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening * Tax Credit Experience If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
