Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties - Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns - Collect rent and ensure timely payment from tenants - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the properties - Maintain curb appeal by walking/inspecting property and vacant units - Prepare and maintain accurate records, including lease agreements, rent rolls, and financial statements - Enforce lease terms and handle lease violations or evictions if necessary - Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations related to property management - Collaborate with property owners to develop and implement property improvement plans
Skills: - Strong knowledge of commercial and residential property management principles and practices - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as Fair Housing regulations - Proficient in administrative tasks, including file management and data entry - Experience in facilities management is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is beneficial Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
