*Duties*
- Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests with vendors and contractors
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise
- Assist with compliance management, ensuring that all files are accurate and completed and appropriate audits of these files are conducted to ensure applicable regulations and company housing standards are upheld.
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all interactions with tenants
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from prospective tenants, providing information about available units and scheduling property tours
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and processing lease renewals
- Conduct market research to stay informed about rental rates in the area
- Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) for data entry, record keeping, and generating reports
```Requirements```
- Three years previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in using property management software (such as Yardi) for data entry and reporting
- Experience working with Section 8 housing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
