Looking for 3(+)bed 2(+) Bath (Sturgis)

Family of three looking for a long term rental around the Sturgis area.
We are selling our home and looking to start a lease around the first of May.
Non-smokers but we do have 2 dogs.
I work from home, so they are very rarely alone.
When we do leave the home they are kenneled.
We have a comfortable budget for a rental and are able to pay the full years lease up front.
We are Sturgis locals and our daughter goes to school at the high school and is heavily involved in sports there, so we really want to stay around here until she graduates.
