It has 2 bedrooms that both have walk-in closets, 1 addition room, 1 bathroom with washer space, a kitchen with a bar and adjacent open space that can be used for an entertainment center, an a living room.
It has a front deck porch with a view of the surounding area.
The front yard and part of back yard are fenced.
It has its own large off street driveway.
