Another very large bedroom currently with two twin sized beds, but someone could bring a large inflatable bed and there would be plenty of room.

$1000 per night.
6 night minimum.
Flexible on dates and can be up to 12 nights.
Half of total rent due upon booking plus $1500 refundable deposit required and will be returned upon inspection of clean, undamaged home.
Remaining half of rent required by June 1st, 2024.
No refunds will be given if renter decides not to come unless a suitable replacement renter is found.
Renters sign release of liability for all injuries and accidents to people and vehicles during stay.
