Service Technician

Setting and servicing of manufactured and modular homes.
Duties include, but not limited to, basic plumbing, siding, shingling, and interior finishing.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Can not be afraid of heights or claustrophobic, as this position requires being on a roof and under homes that are enclosed.
Construction experience helpful.
Must have a Class A CDL, or the ability to get one.
Will train the right candidate.
