00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Evenings Off Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license (or obtain before license before starting).
Currently possess a Life Health insurance license or be able to obtain license within 60 days of hire.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
