You would have your own personal furnished living space with a single twin bed.
You would scrub, sweep, throw out the trash, etc.
There is plenty of street parking, with many nearby freeways, and just a short walk to public transportation.
This is a tidy place, furnished, has kitchen use, laundry use, smart TVs, WiFi, pool, amenities, etc.
The house is rather spectacular.
We're the top floor of a beautiful, crown-moulding bedazzled Victorian building with 13 ft tall ceilings, a kitchen the size of Wisconsin (with a built-in bar!), decked-out with art from around the Earth and a handsome assortment of houseplants.
The living room has rather nice couches and a sexy standalone Edwardian bar.
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house.
We have a 100" projector screen and surround sound, so needless to say movies here get rather cinematic.
Cute little back balcony with gorgeous, 3rd story views of Buena Vista park, USF church towers and a bunch of interlocking green spaces.
Very peaceful place to drink tea in the morning or beers at night (also bedazzled with plants and Xmas lights).
In-unit washer & dryer, refrigerator & dishwasher.
The room itself is quite large, with a big sunny window looking down upon the backyard green spaces.
It's the largest room of the house complete with a walk-in closet and nearly 13 ft ceilings.
There are beautiful hardwood floors here as well as throughout the house.
