$500 Private Room for Rent, Looking for College Aged Women

Leaving my house and looking for someone to cover my lease.
4 bedroom house, 3 occupied by other college aged women.
Bedroom for rent is largest room in the house.
Shared bathroom with other upstairs roommate.
Parking area out front of house, washer and dryer provided in house.
Utilities (including internet) are separate from rent and are usually $100.
One roommate owns a cat, who is very lovely but be aware of allergic.
School of Mines very close and within biking proximity.
No dishwasher.
A/C and heating in house.
Will only be looking for other girls to fill my spot, and will have a conversation with other three roommates before moving in.
2 refrigerators in house so plenty of room for food storage.
