House has large kitchen, and a cozy living room that doesn't get used much.
Each room is $400 per month, and that includes everything.
I pool everyone's money together to pay household bills.
I have two rooms available basically immediately.
However I do have stuff in the basement left from previous renters that I will need to haul away.
