Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of both properties * Utilize your HUD/Tax-Credit experience to ensure compliance and high-quality services * Foster a resident-centric approach, providing assistance and guidance * Be adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment * Maintain close proximity to our home office (within 1 hour) Qualifications: * Demonstrated leadership skills * 3+ years of HUD/Tax-Credit experience * Passion for resident well-being * C.
