Responsibilities: The Loan Review Analyst is a team oriented professional for our commercial loan operations group.
This position will give you the opportunity to provide excellent service through interaction with customers and team members both in person, through the internet and on the phone.
You’ll be involved with various functions within the loan department allowing for a well-rounded exposure to lending requirements.

- Assist with HPB loan requests / draws - Change officer codes and account maintenance - Pull credit reports - Problem Loan report - Commercial pending and primary - Assist officers with loan application process, loan closings, including preparing paperwork, SBA, Construction, and TRID loans - Responsible providing officer’s exceptions report.
Help with documentation exception program including maintenance of documents-scanning and organizing - Scanning financial information and associating in correct file within Document Management, update driver’s license with the ID scanner, etc.
- Responsible for loan file accuracy - Prepare extensions, and paid notes - Track and organize pending commercial loans - Order and keep track of real estate appraisals, market valuations, and title work - Scan and associate documents in electronic storage - Maintain Doc manager tickler process for tracking purposes - Auditing of files/documents scanned by other loan staff - Follow up on documentation as needed - Ensures accurate documentation in order to minimize the Bank’s risk - Reviews documents against loan approval for accuracy and completeness - Responsible for reviewing loans for quality, risk, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer services standards - Analyze financial statements, credit history, and other lending risk factor documentation for completion and accuracy - Documents and communicates findings as appropriate - Consistently provide exceptional service and welcome all customers by adhering to bank service standards - Refer customers to appropriate person/department for products and/or services - Recognize cross-selling opportunities and recommend financial services most appropriate to each customer - Represent and promote the bank within the community through volunteerism, board involvement, and attendance at business functions - Follow established procedures to comply with all bank regulations including ensuring that proper documentation has been collected to minimize risk to bank - Maintaining Confidentiality - Become aware of and follow personnel and bank security policies and procedures in order to create a safe environment for customers and fellow employees - Cross training on other positions within the department and back up other positions as needed - Performs other related duties as assigned Success Metrics: - Customer Satisfaction: All FNB team members create a respectful/positive experience for the customer during and after the contact, by taking action to make our customers the center of our business operations.

Skills/Experience/Education: - Previous financial or banking experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to utilize computer software efficiently - Basic knowledge of bookkeeping entries - Excellent verbal communication skills - Trustworthiness and ability to act with integrity - Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision - Knowledge of filing systems, legal documents relating to banking preferred - Some basic understanding of business law preferred - Knowledge of banking policies and procedures with emphasis on lending department preferred - Some accounting background helpful Physical Requirements: - Able to lift and carry 20 lb Prolonged periods of working on a computer Equipment Used: - Office equipment, scanners, computers with software and phones Compliance: - Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations relating to the activities of the department - Must follow the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations that pertains to the position - Be able to detect BSA issues and report such issues to your Manager - Complete all assigned ongoing BSA training to recognize red flags and comply with policies relative to CIP, CTRs and SARs
