```Duties:```
-Collect monthly assessments, rental fees, deposits and payments
- Maintain tenant relations by responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
-Update tenant and unit information to keep current in housing database
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including tenant files and lease agreements
- Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as file management and data entry
- Understanding of fair housing regulations and guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
