Male 6 month old mix breed puppy (Rapid City)

Meet Knox, a 6 month old Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Bichon mix! I am rehoming him with a heavy heart due to starting a new job that takes a lot of my time/energy and unfortunately that does not give me enough time with little Knox as he is just a puppy and needs the adequate time for training and attention.
He is NOT fully potty trained still has accidents here in there in the house at night/early morning time.
He is NOT fixed but is UTD on all his vaccinations I do have the records.
He is kennel trained and leash trained.
He gets along with other dogs however, does chase cats but does not harm them just wants to play.
