Small mix breed dog needs new home (Gillette)

Theo is a small fixed boy about 12 pounds and not quite a year old.
He is a high energy boy and due to health issues I am unable to care for him the way he needs.
He needs walks, run time, a yard would be good.
He is good with kids and around our other small dog.
He loves to play! He is curious and smart.
And he makes us laugh a lot with his overall goofiness.
He can be skittish and fearful at times but is easily comforted.
He is a great cuddler when he is being chill.
He is puppy pad trained but needs work to learn to do his business outside.
He needs a good home that can keep him active and happy.
