*Job Description:*
· We are hiring Licensed Professional Counselors provide Full-Time high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities.
*Qualifications:*
· Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
· Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
· Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
· Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
· Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff

· Masters
