Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking to add a patient care coordinator to our busy dental practice in Rapid City, SD.
We are looking for a positive, self motivated, friendly individual who is passionate about providing patients with exceptional dental care.
*Responsibilities and Duties:* - Greet patients - Checking patients In/out - Scheduling patient appointments - Verifying Insurance - Scan and shred necessary paperwork.
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation - Receiving phone calls and answering all questions - Enter all relevant patient information into dental software - Verifying Insurance information - Enter insurance payments into dental software - Process and explain treatment estimates to patients - Batch Insurance claims - Calling re-call patients - Maintain a professional reception area - Organize referrals to other medical specialists - Follow HIPPA guidelines *Qualifications and Skills:* Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures high school diploma or equivalent highly attentive to detail Able to multi-task Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Friendly, upbeat/positive demeanor with patients and the dental office team members Exceptional customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt to changes Hardworking *Benefits:* We offer competitive pay with opportunity for bonuses Paid time off (up to 3 weeks) Paid holidays Simple IRA matching Dental Benefits Health plan available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.
