Our 20+ attorney firm practices in estate planning, probate, real estate, business law, agricultural law, construction law, litigation, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and civil rights.
Applicant must be eager to work in a fast-paced, interesting environment while presenting a professional appearance and positive attitude, as well as excellent organizational skills.
We are willing to train the right candidate with office experience and the desire to have a career in the legal field.
Examples of tasks for a Litigation Paralegal:
* Transcription work
* Medical record and case chronology
* Document drafting and revisions
* Document production and assisting with written discovery
* Docketing
* Electronic court filings
* Interacting with courts
* General office duties
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Associate degree/high school required
* Bachelor degree, paralegal certificate or work experience preferred
