Iso horse - $1,000 (Sturgis)

Just had to put our mare down so just casually searching for another horse I cant afford a whole lot but the horse will be loved and spoiled have references if you want or need them.
I am going to be picky about my new partner I am willing to break it myself.
Want the horse to be easy to catch like people because I take the horses to my job to be loved on by the elderly.
Also must like to be a trail horse would like something no older then 10 can be a mare or gelding but would love a mare again does not need to be papered.
I know the going rate of horses I would like to stay under 1,000 and if you would take payments that would be great.
Would like to stay on the shorter side would like 15hands or less but will consider taller if i cant find shorter.
I am not in a hurry to find a horse I am just putting feelers out their.
I would like a gaited horse also know those are far and few between I am in no hurry I want to find the next spoiled partner.
Color also does not matter to me.
