Horse barn for rent - $250

Located near Deadwood.
We are looking to rent half our barn which has two stables approx10x12ft good for boarding 2 horses.
The property has plenty of room for horses to roam, a round pen and electric fence (which I'm not sure if it works.
) You will need at least one or two panels to gate off the yard if you want your horses to roam.
We are currently occupying half the barn (2 stables) with storage and quail.
Self service $250 per horse and can work out a deal if you have two horses.
