These cattle take roughly 8 months longer to raise than feed lot, grain fed beef.
These are hormone and antibiotic free, all natural cattle not fed with GMO grain.

These cattle will be processed soon and will be available after June 10th, so get your order in now.
You get different kinds of steaks, roasts, hamburger, ribs, & tips.
Approximately 50% is hamburger which is about 93% lean.
You can pay two ways.

95 per pound which includes all standard processing costs or $6.
00/lb if you pay the processing fees and pick it up yourself.
Don't be fooled by lower prices per pound that require you to pay the processing fees and are based on hanging weight and not finished weight.
A finished quarter varies, but is approximately 115 lbs.
