Performance Objectives: As a Summer Learners Academic Teacher Assistant, you will collaborate with academic and enrichment teachers to implement engaging and rigorous lessons.
Your role includes monitoring the educational and social progress of learners, providing supervision to learners during classroom transitions and on field trips, serving as a positive role model, and supporting the development of a safe and productive learning environment.
Your commitment to health and safety, positive partnerships with learners and families, and promotion of the YMCA movement will be essential to the success of our program.
