Assistant Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children - Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere - Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress - Monitor and assess each child's development and provide individualized support as needed - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones Experience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or daycare setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with curriculum development for young children - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Understanding of childhood development milestones - Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education If you are passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
