```Duties``` - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Handle guest reservations, including booking and cancellations - Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments - Assist with guest check-out process, including collecting payments and issuing receipts - Conduct night audit duties, such as reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure - Multilingual skills are a plus This position requires working night shifts.
