It is built well and has dovetail corners.
The red light comes on when you plug it in and the clear bulb comes on when you latch the lid.
The latch works well.
You can see from the pictures when the light is on with just the red bulb and when it comes on with both bulbs.
The squarish box itself is 10 1/2” long by 7” wide by 8”’high.
With the top unlatched it is 13 inches to the top of the handle The wiring and cord are in good shape.
