As a Service Administrator you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:
Taking Care of Our Customers: Complete all administrative work associated with the service department, including work order and warranty claim administration
Being an Expert: Obtain customer contact information, unit, make, model, serial number, and payment method for all repairs.
Showing Commitment to Excellence: Monitor customer machines’ warranty status to support the Service Deaprtment in proactively scheduling inspections and work prior to warranty expirations and advise on extended warranty options
Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.
Qualifications:
This position is a great fit for your career if you:
Have 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
Have great attention to detail, and enjoy working with numbers and reports
Enjoy ‘tying up loose ends’ and connecting with multiple people to help bring a project to the finish line
Love to learn and stay up-to-date on product training
