Accounting Clerk- Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort, Deadwood SD Pay: $17-$19 an hour and upwards DOE $100 Hiring bonus As a vital member of the finance team, the Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with the following essential duties and responsibilities: Accurately process and input incoming invoices and apply credit memos to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
Paying vendors by scheduling to pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
Continue to improve the accounts payable process.
The ability to perform these duties in a timely manner This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key, and the ability to operate other office equipment.
Experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk and with a cloud-based account software (Sage Intaact) is preferred.
