*Accounts Payable Specialist - Immediate Opening!*
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc.
has an immediate opening in our Finance and Accounting Department for a customer service oriented team player.
The candidate must be proficient in adopting new accounting and computer software.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, particularly IFS, is preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality are required.
Responsibilities include: reconciling vendor accounts to ensure they are paid in an accurate and timely manner; processing invoices and credits from start to finish, investigating discrepancies; assisting in processing weekly payment runs for AP disbursements and providing other administrative support as necessary to assist in paying the obligations of the organization.
Wages range from $22.
00 to $26.
00 per hour depending upon experience.
