As part of Business Support Services, the Business Analyst is responsible for applying analytical methods and tools to optimize customer routing, pricing, volume, and customer programs to ensure most efficient operations and customer service levels.
This position will create, implement and monitor new routing solutions and maintain database information (customer, products, etc.
) in all software systems for the company.
The Business Analyst is the first point of contact for all authorized database changes.
This position is also responsible for the implementation and monitoring of full-service vending commission plans and customer beverage agreements.
· Customer contracts (beverage agreements) management.
· Customer Funding and Program financial management.
· Customer Trade Marketing/Customer Collaboration Funds (CTM/CCF) management.
· Shared Market Funds (SMF) management.
· Local Market Program (LMP) funding analysis.
· Incidence based pricing management.
· Monster fee distribution management.
· Franchise company funding.
· Assist in entering, monitoring, and reviewing pricing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer invoice accuracy to reflect accurate and timely net revenue.
· Subject matter expert on pricing plans, off-invoice plans, and promotion plans in company systems.
· First point of escalation for pricing overrides (point of contact for field sales).
· Communicate and train all pricing strategies and changes with the sales staff.
· Utilize Routing Software to build and restructure routes, analyze and determine the most cost-effective means of pre-selling and delivering customer orders.
· Develop, implement and monitor management reports that measure the cost effectiveness of the routing and the utilization of the applicable software.
· Assist in working with vendors on new developments and modifications of software to best service company needs.
· Assist in training sales staff on new software systems and/or modifications.
· Update and maintain the database information (customer, vendors, products, routes, etc.
) in all software systems for the company and train sales staff on proper completion of documentation.
· Ensure case volume is accurate per sales system which is used for incentives, commissions, and funding.

Requirements: In the Business Analyst role, we are seeking someone who has: · A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Supply-Chain Management preferred.
· 1-3 years’ experience in direct store delivery industry or comparable combination of education and experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Experience with Routing Software preferred.
