*Essential Functions & Responsibilities:* * Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
* Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
* Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
* Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
* Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
* Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
*Performance Management:*** * Ensure all assigned reports and projects are prepared and completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
* Provide informed, professional, and accurate service.
* Maintain high level of confidentiality.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Education and/or Experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Three to five years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Interpersonal Skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional attitude and demeanor and the ability to exercise good judgment.

*Physical Demands:* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
